About Jamie, developer of Enough
For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with bodies in the real world.
Children, adults, athletes, older adults, and people who simply wanted to feel physically capable again in their own life.
Across clinics, schools, gyms, and my own businesses, I kept seeing the same pattern:
Most people weren’t struggling because they lacked motivation, discipline, or access to good programs. They were missing something far more fundamental.
Nobody had ever shown them what their body actually needs to stay physically able for life.
So they did what most people do – they tried to do more. Train harder. Start again. Find something new. Push through.
But the problem was never effort.
It was the absence of a clear path.
At some point, that became impossible to ignore.
Why does physical health always default to “more”?
What if the real issue is that most people have never been taught what enough actually is?
That question became the foundation for Enough Health Co.
What I Focus On Now
My work focuses on physical capability – what is often referred to as physical literacy: the essential movement skills the body needs to function well across a lifetime.
Not performance training. Not aesthetics. Not endless progression.
Just the fundamental capabilities that allow a body to function well in daily life.
When people learn this, everything changes.
Because instead of guessing, they finally have a framework.
A way to understand:
- what their body is capable of
- what’s been lost over time
- and how to rebuild it in a clear, progressive way
Over the years, I’ve combined clinical experience, movement education, strength principles, and long-term coaching into a structured system that removes the guesswork.
It’s simple on purpose.
Because the body doesn’t need complexity – it needs the right inputs, in the right order.
My Background
My work has always sat at the intersection of rehabilitation, strength development, and human movement.
Rather than being defined by one method, I’ve spent two decades working across different environments to understand a single question:
What does a physically capable human actually need to function well across a lifetime?
Along the way, I’ve completed formal training in areas including remedial bodywork, exercise prescription, strength development, movement skill, and anatomy, supported by extensive hands-on coaching and clinical experience.
Experience
2004 – 2009: Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor
2010 – 2017: Owner, Infused (strength, conditioning & movement coaching)
2016 – 2022: Co-creator, The Kids Coach (movement development programs for children)
2021 – 2022: Fitness & Wellness Coordinator, Guildford Grammar School
2022 – Present: Owner, The Stretch Specialist
Across these roles, I’ve worked with thousands of people – from children developing foundational movement skills, to adults rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence after years of stiffness, pain, or hesitation.
Despite the variety, the same pattern kept appearing:
People don’t need more information.
They need a clear standard for what their body is supposed to be able to do – and a way to rebuild it.
Why I Built Enough
After two decades in this space, I kept coming back to one simple gap:
Nobody has ever clearly defined what “enough” physical capability actually is.
Not in a practical, teachable, repeatable way.
And without that, people are left guessing – or constantly starting over.
Enough Health Co. is my response to that gap.
A structured system that teaches the essential movement capacities the body relies on, and how to restore them in a way that is clear, progressive, and sustainable.
No extremes. No confusion. No unnecessary complexity.
Just a path.
Because your body was built for this life. It just needs a clear path to stay on course.
