4. Medical Clearance and Health Warning
This is important. Please read carefully.
The Enough course involves physical movement activities including exercises designed to improve range of motion and load tolerance.
Before commencing the Course, you must:
- Obtain clearance from a qualified medical practitioner if you have any existing medical condition, injury, illness, or health concern
- Obtain clearance if you have been physically inactive for an extended period
- Obtain clearance if you are pregnant or have recently given birth
- Inform your doctor of the nature of the activities involved
By purchasing and accessing the Course, you confirm that:
- You have consulted a doctor if you have any health concerns
- You understand that physical activity carries inherent risk
- You will stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort
- You take full responsibility for monitoring your own physical response to the course activities
Enough Health Co strongly recommends that all participants, regardless of current health status, seek medical advice before beginning any new physical activity program.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including any consumer guarantees that apply to the supply of services.
